Hi! I’m Kara.
I’m a designer and artist based in Southern California, but I’ll always be a Midwestern girl at heart.
I always had a passion for art; I won my first art contest at just 4 years old. I followed this passion all the way into college where I got my Associates in Fine Arts with a concentration in Painting. I loved studying art and being introduced to mediums I never had before – like printmaking, woodworking and graphic design.
We can probably guess where this is going, right? I went on to get a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and have been curating this new passion ever since.
Oh, and that picture behind me? I still create art on my free time; in fact, you can usually find me in my office painting or in my workshop outside creating one of a kind pieces like this 3D wood art.
